Weight Loss
So I’ve been trying to lose weight since I was in high school (been out of HS for 10 yrs now). When I was younger I never liked my body and I always wanted to be skinnier. As I got older I felt more comfortable in my skin and accepted my curvy figure. At the same time I still want to lose weight but not be “skinny”. I’d mainly want to have a smaller stomach. Im healthy and I have no signs of diabetes, high blood pressure or high cholesterol but I want to look a certain way. Sometimes when I see pictures of myself I am not very pleased. Dont get me wrong, I know Im a beautiful woman and my body isnt that bad but there are things I’d like to tweek….I think all women, no matter the size, have something they’d like to change or improve. So with that said, I will be keeping you guys updated on my weight loss journey. I’ll post foods and exercises daily. As far as how much weight I lose I may post that monthly. I dont like to get on the scale that often because it can be very discouraging. My focus is the way I feel and look not so much what the scale says. Last year I lost 20lbs…I saw and felt the change. I know I’ve gained that weight back. But I have to give this 110% again and not stop. Im excited for you guys to be on this journey with me. ~Smooches~
